Shipping Policy

At Japan’s October, every order is prepared with care. We believe quality is worth the wait, and we appreciate your patience while we ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During new releases, limited drops, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7 to 21 business days after shipment (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Japan’s October is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Japan’s October is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
